The Municipal Development Plan (MDP) is the primary planning document for use at the municipal level. It is intended to provide a framework for the ongoing development of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay.
The Purpose of this MDP, in addition to applicable Provincial legislation, is to inform residents and developers of the Summer Village's future use strategy, and provide clear direction to Council in making land use decisions.
