Municipal elections are held in August every four years. Day to day operations are handled by a Chief Administrative Officer.

The Summer Village will hold a General Municipal Election at the Martin Recreation Centre on Saturday, August 9, 2025 between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Nomination Day is Saturday, July 12 between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 noon, also at the Martin Recreation Centre.
